Mice, the Queen and furniture for auction

    Gabriela_lujan

PreK worked on patterned mice, while 1st and 2nd grade worked on the beginning of an optical illusion project taking animals as their theme. Photos of their work will be posted next week. And 3A worked with the Washington architects on Thursday: they started to sketch their ideas for a final three-week project assignment to design a sustainable building. Last but not least, 3B and 3C put the final touches to their project on the Queen of England.
We are working on artistic furniture pieces for the annual auction. The project involves reproducing student works on the furnitutr. If any parents would like to volunteer to help, I would be more than grateful. Please send me an e-mail at fiona.murphy@dc.gov
    Have a great weekend.
