    A mural of self-portraits

    Miarothstein

         By Mia Rothstein
This week in the Art room, pre-Kinder through 2nd grade worked on perspective drawings and silhouettes. The 3rd grade worked on their retablos.
A tiled mural was installed on the wall leading to the cafeteria. Each tile is a self portrait by every student in the school and the mural is titled "We are the World."
Some of the tiles were damaged in the shipment and had to be ordered again. They will be installed by the end of next week.
